Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026.

This policy explains what Brick ’n Mortar SEO (“we”) collects through bnmseo.com, why, and the choices you have. We serve businesses located in the United States.

What we collect

  • What you send us. The Free AI Visibility Check form asks for your business name, website, city and state, industry, number of locations, your name, email, and optionally your phone and the questions your customers ask. The contact form asks for your name, email, and message.
  • Where you came from. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (utm_source and similar), those tags are sent with your form so we know which campaign reached you.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. When analytics is on and you choose “Accept,” Google Analytics 4 records the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device type. If you choose “Essential only,” or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it never loads.
  • Server logs. Our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, time) to keep the site secure.

How we use it

  • To prepare and email your free AI Visibility Check and follow up about it, as you agreed when you sent the form.
  • To answer messages you send us.
  • To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, when you have accepted analytics.
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse.

Email

We email you only about the check you requested and our services. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. We do not buy or rent email lists.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the site and serve you: our web host, our email provider, our customer relationship system, Cloudflare for security and DNS, and Google Analytics when you have accepted it. Each may process data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site sets one first-party cookie, bnm_consent, to remember your analytics choice for 180 days. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time:

Analytics is currently off on this site, so there is nothing to change.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions while we are working with you and for a limited time after our last contact, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Use the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
